Gabion mesh is an ecological ***ce net structure. It is machine weaving by high anti-corrusion high tensity and malleable low carbon steel wire or PVC coated steel wire. Case frame made by the gabion mesh is called gabion. According to ASTM & EN standard, wire diameter of the low carbon steel wire is different according to the project design difference, normally diameter between 2.0mm and 4.0mm, meanwhle, steel wire tensile strength no less than 38kg/m2, metal coating weight normally more than 245g/m2, and the edge wire diameter of gabion mesh sheet should be bigger than the mesh diameter, the double line length no less than 50mm to ensure that the doubled wire metal coating or PVC coating.
Usage: the structure can be used for side slope timbering, foundation pit timbering, mountain surface net guniting, side slope virescence, railway / highway isolation fence. it can be also made into case gabion and gauze pad to anti-wash out in rivers, dyke and seawall, and gabion box in reservoir and stream cut-off. |
